But you don’t need to focus on heavyweight training but the proper additional weight workout with good posture, balance, and movement

 

②aerobic walking after workout or when you have spare time

 

③good balanced food!

→protein, vegetables, good oil, and moderate carbo

→refrain from junk food.

 

④come and work out in my gym!!!

 

My gym is located on Daia Palace Daikanyama 204,1-1-72 Nakameguro,Meguroku,Tokyo and near to 3stations :Daikanyama ,Ebisu,and Nakameguro 

 

My lesson fee is ①8000yen→60 min

②75min→10,000yen
